Vago S.p.A. provides, on a voluntary basis as it is not subject to the applicable regulations, to anyone who needs or wishes to make reports and complaints.

What is a Report?
A Report is an observation, positive or negative, which does not necessarily imply dissatisfaction nor does it require a formal response from the person concerned, if not anonymous.

What is a Complaint?
A Complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction, either verbal or written, addressed to the Company, detailed in relation to a single incident or to the entire service received from the organisation.

Who can make a report/complaint?
All subjects who are aware of non-conformities, irregularities, violations, attributable to Vago SpA’s actions towards people and/or the environment.

What can be the subject of the report/complaint?
In addition to positive reports of any nature and origin, negative reports/complaints can be about, for example, offences, behaviour detrimental to people or the environment, unequal treatment towards people, discrimination, issues related to environmental impacts, false statements, etc.

What cannot be the subject of the Report/Complaint?
Any dispute or request linked to an interest of an individual nature and arising from the existing employment relationship with the company. For these cases, as provided for by law, the whistleblower must use the legally admissible forms (please refer to the National Labour Contract in force).

Any report or complaint involving a complaint or lawsuit to the Public Authorities cannot be handled by this procedure. In these cases, the procedure to be followed is that provided for by Italian national legislation.

The report or complaint must meet certain requirements in order to be accepted; in particular, reports or complaints that do not respect the legal principles of name and person protection are not possible. Defamatory reports or reports that are unequivocally and manifestly unfounded or irrelevant to the Company are not admissible. These reports will in any case be filed and made available to the Public Authorities.

Is anonymity provided for?
Anonymity is provided for by the possibility of reporting without entering any personal data. All reports are accepted and registered without the need to add anything other than the subject and content. It is recommended not to make specific references to a possible task in order to ensure total anonymity. The operator of this website, by order of the Management, is obliged not to register any information of the reporting person.
